The final concert at the Berlin Philharmoniker in Haitink is here! Bernard Haitink’s final concert at the Berlin Philharmoniker in May 2019, Bruckner Symphony No. 7 will be released as a direct cut LP. In contrast to Brahms, which was a one-point recording, this time it is composed of five main microphones and two sub microphones, and the microphone setting faithfully reproduces the atmosphere of the concert space. The final side of the disc (LP2-B side) is engraved with the signatures of Haitink and the Berliner Philharmoniker. And the number of production is a limited edition of 1884 sets, named after the premiere year of the work. Haitink, who celebrated his 90th birthday in March 2019, announced his retirement in June of the same year. Known as a leading figure in Brookner’s interpretation, Heitink then performed the same Brookner Symphony No. 7 at the Vienna Philharmonic and Salzburg Festival, The Proms in London, and finally at the Lucerne Festival. 7 is also Haitink’s many concerts and recordings. There are four recordings of Haitink’s No. 7: Concertgebouw Orchestra (1966, 1972, 1978) and Chicago Symphony Orchestra (2007). This performance with the Berlin Philharmoniker is also full of beauty, and the second movement, which Bruckner is said to have written while receiving Wagner’s news, is a performance with all feelings. Ordinary Man is the upcoming twelfth studio album by English heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne. The album has a release date of 21 February 2020, with its ten-year gap being the longest between two albums from Osbourne to date. The first single off the album titled “Under the Graveyard” was released on 8 November 2019. Its second single is Straight to Hell and it was released on 22 November 2019. Its third single is the title track featuring singer Elton John and was released on 10 January 2020. Ordinary Man will be Osbourne’s first studio album as a solo artist in ten years following Scream (2010).
