Bernard Haitink’s final concert at the Berlin Philharmoniker in May 2019, Bruckner Symphony No. 7 will be released as a direct cut LP. In contrast to Brahms, which was a one-point recording, this time it is composed of five main microphones and two sub microphones, and the microphone setting faithfully reproduces the atmosphere of the concert space. The final side of the disc (LP2-B side) is engraved with the signatures of Haitink and the Berliner Philharmoniker.
